We have lost a force of nature. WI K9 SOS founder, President 2005 - 2015, mentor, teacher, adviser, trainer, friend, and - of course - husband and father. K9 handler for Autumn, SARg and Maxine. Griff had many talents: innovator of our scout program, lover of all gadgets, quick wit & sense of humor, and so much more.

These shoes cannot be filled. You will be deeply missed. God speed, Griff.

In 2017 we lost one of our former members Robin Walker. Robin was an early member of NASDN (North American Search Dog Network). She served as a Board Member, evaluator and instructor for k9 trailing. She was a member of Great Lakes Search and Rescue and more recently WIK9SOS Search and Rescue. Robin was a devoted Bloodhound lover. Her SAR K9s were Ruby, Hazel and Dinah.

Robin had a great sense of humor and was known for her kindnesses to humans and animals of all kinds. She helped so many in search and rescue and her contributions will not be forgotten by those who's path she crossed.
